Two Greystar Luxury Residential Buildings Set Upscale Tone for Development

Stamford, CT. Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC has purchased two parcels in Spring Hill Station since 2012 to build almost $300 million of luxury apartments. Their first apartment building, The Ascent at Spring Hill Station, opened earlier this year and rises 26 stories above the skyline. The Ascent offers 404 luxury units as well as a rooftop pool, a fitness center and community areas.

Following the success of The Ascent, Greystar recently purchased an additional parcel in Spring Hill Station to build the sleek and sophisticated Elan, which will be 34 stories tall with 400 apartments and 6,500 square feet of retail space. With the second upscale Greystar residential building on its way, Spring Hill Station is poised to become the flagship destination in Fairfax County, Virginia’s newly created, world-class urban downtown.
