Stamford, CT. April 28, 2012 – Privately held real estate investment firm T-Rex Capital Group, LLC acquired St. Andrew’s at Historic Hyde Park, a mixed-use development in Hyde Park, New York. In early January T-Rex Capital, which recently purchased the debt from a bank, foreclosed upon the property and took fee simple ownership.
St. Andrew’s at Historic Hyde Park is located on 340 acres of land on Route 9 across from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. The development is entitled for residential and commercial use. It may include a luxury hotel, a food and wine plaza, public access hiking trails, and a premier retail component. Additionally, the property includes a 10-acre tax-exempt parcel.
