Joseph R. Gaudio

3rd Party Consultant

Mr. Gaudio has 25 years of experience as a private real estate developer and institutional real estate manager.

In 1997, Mr. Gaudio co-founded Reliance Realty Partners . The firm focused on development projects in Connecticut and New York and specialized in value-added renovation projects as well as land development.

Mr. Gaudio previously worked for SSR Realty Advisors, a wholly owned investment subsidiary of MetLife. He was a managing director with the firm and started a private real estate fund where he raised $1.5 billion of equity capital from domestic pension fund clients. Under his management the fund generated one and three year unleveraged annual returns of 15% and 12% respectively. Prior to SSR Realty Advisors, he worked as an asset manager in the real estate investment unit of MetLife. The MetLife Equity Real Estate portfolio totaled $25 billion and consisted of high quality office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and hotel properties located throughout the United States.

Mr. Gaudio is a graduate of Marist College. He is a CFA and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
