Kenneth C. Dardis

3rd Party Consultant

Mr. Dardis has 24 years of experience in corporate and private real estate investment, development, and management.

His extensive experience includes co-founding Reliance Realty Partners in 1997. RRP developed, entitled, managed, and invested in commercial real estate projects in excess of 4 million square feet in New York and Connecticut.

Prior to Reliance, Mr. Dardis held positions in both corporate and entrepreneurial real estate. He was employed by McCarthy O'Callaghan Co. from 1993-1997, a boutique commercial brokerage firm concentrating in the Westchester, NY and Fairfield, CT marketplace. While at MOC, Mr. Dardis established the firm's investment sales practice. Prior to that he was employed by Mobil Oil Corporation and Prodigy Services Company (a venture of IBM, CBS, and Sears Holdings) between 1986-1993. His primary responsibilities were underwriting new site acquisitions and negotiating corporate leasehold interests.

Mr. Dardis is a graduate of Villanova University where he received a BSBA in Finance and a Master's of Arts in English and Philosophy. Subsequently, he completed Real Estate Finance coursework at NYU.
